8. Termination
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services by:
- Providing 30 days written notice
- Paying for all work completed to date
- Settling any outstanding invoices
- Following our project handover procedures
Termination by Who Zid IS
We may terminate services for:
- Non-payment of invoices after 60 days
- Violation of these terms of service
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Illegal use of our services
- Material breach of contract
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- All unpaid invoices become immediately due
- Access to our services and systems will be revoked
- Completed work will be delivered upon full payment
- Ongoing projects will be stopped at current stage
- Data retention policies will apply
Survival: Certain provisions including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability survive termination.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
